Karussell Parts is a sole proprietorship owned and operated by Macguire Ferrell in Redwood City, California. There is no call centre and no warehouse team. When you email, you reach the person who runs the store.
How we source
We work directly with overseas manufacturers and ship each part to you direct, which is why the price is what it is, and why delivery takes about two weeks rather than two days. Orders are processed in 2 to 3 business days, then ship in 7 to 12 business days. Shipping is free within the United States.
What we state on every listing
Every product page gives the exact chassis codes, model years, and drive side the part fits, and says plainly what it does not fit. If a part does not fit the car you told us about, the return is on us. You have 30 days from delivery to start a return, and returns are handled by email.
