Returns and refunds

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused,
in original condition, and in the original packaging.

How to start a return
Email support@karussellparts.com with your order number and a short note about
the reason. We will send you return instructions. Items sent back without
requesting a return first cannot be accepted.

Return shipping
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. There is no restocking
fee. If the item arrived damaged, defective, incorrect, or does not fit the
chassis you gave us at the time of order, we cover the return cost.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Return the item for a refund and place a
new order for the part you want.

Electrical items
Installed lighting modules and boards are not returnable unless defective.

Damaged or wrong items
Email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. In most cases we will replace
the item or refund you in full with no return needed.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund goes back to the
original payment method within 10 business days. Shipping is free, so the refund is the full amount you paid.
